a. Start the chat: The Customer can visit
www.HolaQuantum.com and locate APOLLO in the lower-right corner of any page on our website. The Customer can type a chat message in APOLLO’s chatbot widget, as they would in a normal live chat, and press “Enter” on their keyboard.
b. What to ask: A Customer can ask APOLLO anything that is insurance-related, such as to schedule an appointment with our Insurance Agents, get our Corporate Departments and Representatives' contact information, or get answers to many of their insurance-related questions. Note that APOLLO will not discuss non-insurance topics, like Politics, Religion, or Sports.
c. Language & clarity: The Customer should use English or Spanish, write in complete sentences with proper punctuation, and avoid run-on sentences and misspellings.
d. One step at a time: The Customer should keep chat messages short, ask one request per chat message, and wait for APOLLO’s reply before sending the next chat message.
e. Escalation: If needed, the Customer may request a live chat with one of our licensed Insurance Agents or Corporate Representatives; if no live licensed Insurance Agents or Corporate Representatives are available, APOLLO will create a Ticket for us to follow up with the Customer.
