How does an Insurance Agent access your Secure Agent Document Portal to retrieve their commission reports, contracts, and other related documents?

a. Open the portal: The Insurance Agent can visit www.HolaQuantum.com/Agent and click the “AGENT LOGIN” button to get to the secure login page. Note that the “AGENT LOGIN” button is located at the top-right of the Agents page on our website, or at the bottom of any mobile view hamburger menu.

b. Sign in: Then the Insurance Agent enters their account’s username and password in the login box, and clicks on the “Log In” link to access their secure folders and files.

c. Preview & download documents: The Insurance Agent can preview and download their files stored in the Contracts, Commissions, Training, Templates, Resources, or Miscellaneous Document folders.

d. Log out: Once the Insurance Agent is done previewing and downloading their files, they must scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “AGENT LOG OUT” button, then confirm their intent to log out by clicking on the “Do you really want to log out?” link, to log out and redirect them to the www.HolaQuantum.com Home page.

e. Reset password (if needed): If the Insurance Agent ever forgets their password, they can click the “Forgot Password” link below the login section username and password fields to reset their password.

f. Security tip: The Insurance Agent should never share their username and password credentials and should always log out, especially on shared devices.
